Partner programs

You sell the strategy. We build and run the racks.

Consultants, integrators, MSPs, and capacity owners already have the trust of regulated Canadian clients — law firms, clinics, credit unions, defence suppliers.regulated American clients — law firms, health networks, banks, defense suppliers. What they usually don’t have is a sovereign AI infrastructure practice. That’s the half we bring: assessment, GPU build-out, fine-tuning, hosting, and managed operations — delivered under whichever of the four programs below fits how you work.

Four ways in

Pick the program that matches your business.

Program 01 — Referral

Referral Program

The lightest touch: introduce the client, collect a fee when the deal closes.

Who it’s for
Management consultants, boutique AI advisors, law-firm technologists, and systems integrators who advise regulated organizations on AI strategy but don’t build infrastructure.
What you get
A referral fee on closed deals. No delivery obligations, no certification requirements, no support burden.
How it works
You make the introduction and stay as involved as you like. We run the sovereignty assessment through deployment and operations; you’re paid when the engagement closes.
Program 02 — Delivery

Certified Delivery Partner

For firms that want to be in the room — and in the recurring revenue.

Who it’s for
Integration firms and technical consultancies with delivery teams who want to co-deliver sovereign AI engagements rather than just refer them.
What you get
Co-delivery roles on engagements and a recurring revenue share on managed services for the deployments you help stand up.
How it works
Your engineers certify on our reference architectures and delivery methodology. We staff engagements jointly — you own the client-side integration work, we own the model and infrastructure stack.
Program 03 — MSP

MSP Alliance Program

Sovereign AI as a line item in your managed-services catalogue — under your brand.

Who it’s for
Managed service providers whose clients sit in regulated sectors — PIPEDA, Law 25, PHIPA, OSFI-supervised institutionsHIPAA, GLBA, CMMC, and state-privacy-covered clients— and are already asking about private AI.
What you get
Deal registration and tiered recurring commissions. Your regulated clients are served under your MSP brand; we operate the sovereign stack behind it.
How it works
Register the opportunity, keep the client relationship and first-line support. We design, deploy, and run the on-prem model infrastructure as your subcontracted specialist — invisible to the end client if you prefer.
Program 04 — Capacity

Powered-Capacity Alliance

We bring the tenant. You bring the megawatts.

Who it’s for
Colocation operators, data-centre developers, and energy developers with powered capacity — or credible near-term capacity — in Canadain the United States.
What you get
Aggregated regulated-enterprise tenant demand placed into your facility: managed sovereign deployments with the long-lived, sticky workload profile that regulated clients bring.
How it works
We qualify your facility on power, cooling, connectivity, and jurisdiction. Qualified sites join our deployment bench; when a client engagement calls for colocation or managed hosting, we place it with an alliance facility.

The hardware stack

What we deploy on.

Built on NVIDIA-accelerated architectures

Our reference architectures are built on NVIDIA-accelerated architectures, sized per deployment — from single hardened inference nodes to multi-node clusters. We are vendor-neutral at the system level: server platform, networking, and storage are selected per engagement, and we do not claim membership in any vendor partner program.

Tell us which program fits.

A short intro call is enough to figure out where you slot in — referral, co-delivery, MSP alliance, or powered capacity. Program terms are shared directly with qualified partners.
